Victor came to us from Fort Worth Texas after he spent months being treated for various illnesses. He got a one way bus ticket to Boise, in hopes he could find his forever healthy home here!
Victor is a sweet boy who is a total lover. He’s quite sensitive to your body language and tone of voice. His foster parents suspect his prior home was unpredictable and he is observant as a survival mechanism. However, once he is comfortable, he will be your best friend. Victor loves to go do whatever you’re doing. He loves going on walks, running around a park, or going for a car ride. He recently learned to lay on his foster mom’s lap and roll over, so he can get his beloved belly rubs.
We think Victor would do well in a variety of homes, as he is good with cats and dogs. He does get nervous when his space is invaded, so younger kids are a no-go. An active family would be great, as he is really starting to enjoy the outdoors! Keep in mind, he will need some jackets, as his fur is still thin.
While is body shows signs of his illness and age, he is quite spry and has a lot of energy! He is crate trained, potty trained, up to date on vaccines, neutered, and microchipped.
