Thelma is a one year old female Belgian Malinois mix, who is strikingly beautiful! While her looks are the first thing that will draw you to her, Thelma’s good manners will keep you by her side. With her regal demeanor and easy going nature, Thelma has a way of winning people over with ease. She walks well on a leash, so it is enjoyable to take her wherever you are going. And of course, that’s exactly where she wants to be! She is a true people dog, and is ready to be your perfect companion. Thelma is a smart girl who knows some basic commands, and she can’t wait to learn more with her forever family. Thelma is new to adoption, but between her good looks and equally good behavior, we are sure that she will find her new home soon. So don’t let another day go by without meeting this sweet girl—Thelma is ready to become the newest member of your family, and fill your days with joy, companionship, and unconditional love.
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
Pour toute adoption, nous demandons des justificatifs afin de compléter le dossier de l’adoptant : une pièce d’identité, un justificatif de domicile original de moins de 3 mois, et le certificat d’engagement et de connaissance des besoins spécifiques de l’espèce complété et signé 7 jours avant l’acquisition de l’animal.
Nous demandons également une participation financière, couvrant les frais vétérinaires dont l’animal a bénéficié lors de sa prise en charge (stérilisation, identification, vaccination, etc..). Si l’animal n’est pas encore stérilisé lors de l’adoption, un chèque de caution de 300€ est demandé.
