Meet Spyro, the always smiling corgi. This 40 pound little guy is approximately two years old and one of the friendliest mini loafs you’ll ever meet! This happy boy is commonly known as a Cowboy Corgi. This is an intentional mix of Pembroke Welsh Corgi and Australian Cattle Dog.



Spyro may be little in stature, but not little in personality! He frequently partakes in the zoomies and loves to play chase in the yard. So a home with a fence is preferred. Once that energy is out Spyro loves to lounge on the couch, watch tv and cuddle. Going to bed? Great, he wants to go to bed too! Spyro is mostly a low energy dog who wants to be a shadow and spend the day following his human, with the occasional case of the zooms to make you laugh, of course. He also strongly believes in being the one and only in your life, so no other dogs in the home please.



Spyro is doing well with kennel training, potty trained, and has fantastic recall. He’s good with all adults, strangers, and kids. This little nugget was not in a great situation or socialized prior to rescue, so be prepared as Spyro is now ready to give all his love!
