Meet Shilo — Your Future Adventure Buddy
Shilo is a sweet, curious pup who’s ready to find his forever home! This adorable “Boxer mix” has the perfect balance of playful energy and the ability to settle when it’s time to relax. He’s still a puppy, so he’s learning as he grows—but this little adventurer is always eager to take on new experiences and discover more of the big world around him. Whether it’s a new toy, playtime with doggie friends (big or small!), or making new human pals (kids included!)—he’s up for it all! Even when he’s a little unsure about something new, Shilo will look to his people or other dogs for guidance. It only takes a little reassurance and he’s good to go!
Shilo is athletic and would make an amazing buddy for runs, hikes, or long walks as he gets older. He’s also a dream in the car—whether it’s a short drive or a road trip—so he’s perfect for weekend getaways or spontaneous adventures. He recently joined his foster mom for lunch at an outdoor restaurant and calmly laid at her feet, watching the world go by like a total gentleman. Be warned, though—he’s a head-turner, and everyone wants to stop and say hi (which he loves, especially if it comes with an ear rub!).
This smart cookie is food-motivated and eager to please, which makes training a breeze. He’s already rocking his potty training and sleeps soundly through the night in his crate like a champ. Right now, he’s learning leash walking, “sit,” “down,” and “watch me”—and he’s picking it all up quickly, because he’s just that clever! Living in a foster home has helped him learn how to be part of a family—so he’ll fit right into his new life.
Shilo loves other dogs and would be thrilled to have a doggy sibling, but he’d also be perfectly happy soaking up all the attention as your one and only. He’s even met the neighbor’s cat (at his foster home) through the fence and wasn’t too bothered—so with the right introductions, a feline friend might be a good match too.
Shilo’s mama and sister have already found their forever homes… now it’s his turn to find someone who’ll fall in love with his goofy, lovable self. We know he’ll steal your heart—just like he stole ours.

Shilo's adopters will be required to sign a spay/neuter addendum (including paying a refundable $100 spay/neuter fee) and a training addendum as part of the adoption contract.

Nous demandons également une participation financière, couvrant les frais vétérinaires dont l’animal a bénéficié lors de sa prise en charge (stérilisation, identification, vaccination, etc..). Si l’animal n’est pas encore stérilisé lors de l’adoption, un chèque de caution de 300€ est demandé.
