Meet Shaq!
Shaq was surrendered to Baldwin Park Shelter by his owner. We scooped him up on November 28th to become a Frosted Face. Shaq
is 8 years old and weighs 100 lbs.
Shaq seemed quiet at first, but he has quickly blossomed to be a super fun, obedient dog! He has shown us that he knows SIT, DOWN, and SHAKE! When you walk into his play yard, he happily runs up to you and wants to know if he can be part of your day. Speaking of play yards, Shaq is in our biggest playgroup with both big and small dogs and gets along with everyone! He enjoys playing with toys, too!
Sadly, there is a mass on Shaq's chest (and another one his shoulder) that is a large aggressive sarcoma that would be difficult to impossible for us to remove, get good margins, and heal. Despite his medical issues, Shaq loves going on hikes and can cover 2-3 miles on the trails!
Please consider this very good boy to be part of your family. Shaq deserves to enjoy his good days in a home, on the beach, laying on your couch.

No adoption fees, and we provide free lifetime medical care onsite at FFF Veterinary Hospital.

Pour toute adoption, nous demandons des justificatifs afin de compléter le dossier de l’adoptant : une pièce d’identité, un justificatif de domicile original de moins de 3 mois, et le certificat d’engagement et de connaissance des besoins spécifiques de l’espèce complété et signé 7 jours avant l’acquisition de l’animal.
Nous demandons également une participation financière, couvrant les frais vétérinaires dont l’animal a bénéficié lors de sa prise en charge (stérilisation, identification, vaccination, etc..). Si l’animal n’est pas encore stérilisé lors de l’adoption, un chèque de caution de 300€ est demandé.
