Ralphie is a sweet, playful boy who had run out of time at the shelter and was pulled off the "urgent" list by Lovepaws in his final hours. Little is known about his previous life; he appears to have been a stray although he must've been had a home as he is pretty well potty trained. He is still young, so he can get very excited and sometimes needs down time to lower his excitement level. He can play rough with toys, so sturdy toys are advised. He is still learning and can be mouthy while playing tug-of-war in particular and he may not pay attention to what he is biting, but he is doing well in training and would do great with consistent structure and training. He would be a great match for an active home where he can play and run! He is very sweet and affectionate. Gentle even, especially with his mouth play. He is pretty independent and does well on his own. He likes to relax and lay around when not playing (though he always wants to play!) His favorite thing to do is run and play fetch!





Ralphie is ready for a forever home where he can receive lots of love and affection!
