I was scared and hungry, wandering the streets of LA, when my foster mom found me—and thank goodness she did! My skin was so sore because my long, curly hair had become painfully matted and was pulling at me. Now that I’ve had a fresh cut, I feel so much better—and if I may say so, I look pretty adorable.
I get along great with my foster brothers (one cat and one big dog) and love greeting our neighbors. I can be a little shy with men at first, but I’m a social pup at heart and enjoy meeting new people. Training has been going well—“sit” is my specialty—and I’m a champ on the leash. I’m perfectly content staying indoors while my foster mom’s at work and haven’t had any accidents.
I’m still young, so I’ve got a playful side, but I also love to snuggle up on the couch and watch TV with my foster family. Could your home be the perfect place for me to grow, play, and cuddle?
If you are interested in meeting Ponchito, please download the Adoption Questionnaire, fill it out and email it back to us at info@farescue.org or fax (310) 362-0321. You can also meet this and/or other available dogs at our weekend adoptions.
