Phoebe is a 6-month-old 12lb. Shih Tzu/Terrier mix. She has a terrier zest for life and a heart full of love! This social butterfly is already well-socialized with men, women, older kids, cats, and other dogs.

Phoebe was adopted at the beginning of March, but due to a serious family illness, she was returned to her foster family. She was very loved in her previous home, but she would have spent too much time alone, which wasn’t fair to her.  Phoebe is fostered in a home with other dogs and pets and was worked with early on to establish good manners. Puppies that are taught good manners become better dogs, and consistent training decreases the likelihood of them being given up to a shelter.
