Ms. Harley – Chocolate female, 5ish, 87 lbs
Hello fine people!  For the first time in my life, I have a real Name to share - I am Ms. Harley and I am the luckiest pup south of the San Joaquin! You see, I wasn't always Ms. Harley, in fact I really had no name as they are not important when you have no value.
You are probably wondering how such a sweetie as me ended up with these wonderful defenders of dogs, the Labrador Retriever Rescue of Fresno.  It is a sad story.  You see, I fell into the clutches of an evil villain who used me as a puppy machine.  Then, when I started to grow thin and my fur raggedy, and I wasn’t “producing” enough, I was tossed out in the country to fend for myself. Soon I became lost and I was so hungry and thirsty!  I was sure all was lost when my knights in shining armor came to my rescue.  These lovers of labs gave me medical attention, love, kisses, quality food and above all, kindness
Ms. Harley is a sweet, rather low-key and gentle soul who thrives on love and attention. She's a bit shy at first due to her past, but she adores being petted and is making progress with leash training. In dog play groups, she's done well, although she prefers to have her own space. Ms. Harley's heart belongs to her future family - she doesn't need another dog, just people who will cherish her. With her stunning chocolate coat, she's sure to become even more beautiful with time and love. The foster home has no felines.

Adoption Fee:

Puppies, (2 years of age and under) – $400.00
Adult Dog, (3 through 8 years of age) – $350.00
Senior Dogs (9 years and up) – $200.00
Special consideration may be granted for dogs with medical needs or bonded pairs.
