MOON SHOES - 5-8 years old, 80 pounds, neutered male, friendly-wiggly, treat-motivated, good with older kids, good with other dogs

Moon shoes arrived stray at VBACAC back in June and we are learning more as we go.

-This is a BIG BOY at a whopping 80 pounds, and he has no idea. He will do anything it takes to kiss you. (even nibble your ear)

-Moon has met multiple people and has loved every single interaction. 

-He has done well meeting with older kids, but he is jumpy so younger kids aren’t recommended….. he forgets his size and thinks he could be a lap dog. 

-Moonshoes did well in a home environment and enjoys lounging on the couch snuggling up on your lap and playing tug of war (he is strong), He also enjoys playing fetch (but not with tennis balls, he prefers hard bones, hard rubber toys, or ropes.)

-Moon does show some signs of resource guarding when he gets fixated on a specific toy. 

-He does pull on a normal leash, with a collar and easy walk harness he walks a lot better. He also enjoys sticking his head out of the window during car rides. He will try to work his way to sit upfront but will stay in the backseat with a harness seatbelt.

-He enjoys nature walks and enjoys taking a slash into water. (sprinklers, pools, lakes, ponds..)

-Moon has met another dog and has done very well so please bring in your dog to meet him!
