Beautiful Mercy...we love you already! Her owner made the very difficult decision to surrender her due to another female dog in the home not wanting to share her space with her. To keep Mercy safe, they brought her to rescue. She has gotten all caught up on her needed vetting and has been spayed and microchipped. 4/12 UPDATE: Mercy made her way to her Wisconsin foster home today. She is absolutely amazing in the car! 4/26 UPDATE FROM FOSTER MOM:
Meet Mercy!
This sweet girl made her way from Kentucky to Wisconsin and is settling in beautifully with her foster family and their 9-year-old dog. Mercy gets along great with her furry foster brother but would also be happy as the only dog in her forever home.
Mercy isn’t overly into toys at this time, though she might occasionally toss around a stuffed toy or grab a ball just for fun. Her real passions? Exploring the outdoors, sniffing every inch of the yard, and doing fast, happy zoomies! After playtime, she’s all about winding down and would love nothing more than to curl up close to her people on the couch.
She’s crate trained, easy-going, and has the sweetest, most loving personality. Mercy would be a wonderful addition to any family looking for a companion who’s just as happy on adventures as she is cuddling at home.
