Meet Mellow, the 3-year-old hound-labrador mix weighing in at a solid 61 lbs. This furry fellow is not just a pet - he's a vigilant sidekick, always on the lookout. Mellow's into hanging out with older kids, sprinting around, getting belly rubs, and taking leisurely strolls. Oh, and he's a fan of ice cream and lending a paw with yard duties. Sadly, his owner can't keep up with Mellow's energetic antics due to a recent disability. Without a fenced yard, poor Mellow can't unleash his inner athlete. It's a tough decision, but his owner wants nothing but the best for him - that's true devotion! Neutered, vaccinated, and protected from pesky critters, Mellow yearns for an active family with a safe, fenced yard / play area. With his zest for life, older kids would be a better match than the little ones. For $250.00, Mellow could be the spirited addition your family needs! He was mouthing but we worked on that and he should be a perfect boy now. He is good with some dogs but is selective. 

Mellow is protective of his food. We are working with this but it may require further training in his new home or eating dinner in his crate.
