M’lynn is a gentle girl, just waiting for the right person to give her the peace and love she deserves. Found on the street after bravely raising ten puppies all on her own, M’lynn has shown incredible strength and determination—but beneath that courage is the sweetest, gentlest soul.
She’s a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, her sweet personality shines through. M’lynn is calm, affectionate, and low energy—more of a cuddle-on-the-couch kind of girl than a fetch-in-the-yard type (at least for now!). She's not in a rush, and she’s looking for someone who isn’t either. Patience is key with M’lynn, but the reward is a loyal and loving companion.
She loves kids and is happiest riding along in the car by your side. She learns quickly and wants to please. M’lynn has overcome so much, and now she just needs someone to show her the world can be safe, kind, and loving.
M'lynn was treated for heartworm disease and will remain on activity restrictions for several weeks. It is important for heartworm treated dogs to remain on heartworm prevention lifelong. Click here to learn more about heartworm disease.
M'lynn is from Texas.
If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract.
To learn more about Ruff Start’s adoption process and the care our foster animals receive, please visit our How to Adopt page.
If you are unable to adopt but want to help this animal and others in our care, you can donate to support the medical and veterinary needs of all Ruff Start Rescue animals.
