Lil Su was surrendered to the shelter with her sister Dakota. Though they are such good girls, the owners did not provide us with much information on their background. Lil Su and Dakota get along great, and she seems to enjoy Dakota company. Even though Lil Su tends to be on the chiller side. In a perfect world we would love for Lil Su and Dakota to be adopted together but we understand that is a lot to ask! Lil Su has not been reactive towards other dogs in the shelter and may enjoy a friend that matches her energy level. We can always provide a dog meet and greet prior to adopting if needed. Lil Su enjoys slow walks and taking time to sniff everything around her. When she is feeling playful she will even chase a toy for you, though she has not mastered how to bring it back. Lil Su has gone on a couple Miles and Mutts adventures and enjoyed hitting the trails. She is a little chunky so a nice walk or adventure from time to time is very beneficial for her! She is on a metabolic diet to help get her to a healthy weight. We anticipate Lil Su being a couch potato and being eager to snuggle up with her family at the end of a long day. She is a very loving and affectionate girlie. From the sounds of it, Lil Su has not lived with small critters or children. Introductions should be taken slowly! Lil Su is potty trained, and crate trained. She was crated most of the day and is looking forward to having more âfreeâ time in her new home. Lil Su does know the cue âsitâ and absolutely has the ability to walk well on a leash, but she does tend to let her nose lead the way. Lil Su is such a good girl who deserves to have a cozy and comfy place to call her own. If you feel that your home would be a good fit, we would love for you to come by and meet her!
