Meet
Jessie
, a 1-year-old German Shepherd girl with the most charming perky ears and a non stop wagging nubbin of a tiny tail! This sweet, vibrant pup is all heart - friendly, easygoing, and quick to make both human and canine friends. She’s especially gentle with other dogs and would thrive as a little sister to a calm, confident pup who can help her come out of her shell. While the shelter hustle can be a bit much for her, Jessie is just waiting for the chance to blossom in a loving, peaceful home. If you're looking for a loyal companion who’ll bond deeply and bring endless joy, Jessie’s your girl. Come meet her and feel the love!
1 year 3 month old tan and black German Shepherd
55 pound spayed female
Up to date on all shots and preventatives, so ready to go home with you today!
Came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 3/27/25 as an owner surrender, but we have no notes and no idea why, because Jessie is the best girl!
young and vibrant little girl with the most adorable perky ears and lil nubbin of a tail that's wagging nonstop with joy
incredibly friendly and sweet personality - easygoing and makes fast friends with anyone and any pup
craves connection with her people and will bond quickly with you
seems submissive with other dogs, and has a gentle/dainty play style - she could be an excellent little sister, especially to an older dog that can show her the ropes and help build her confidence
a little overwhelmed in the hectic shelter environment, but will quickly blossom into her best self in a safe and loving home
Could use some puppy basics still - leash work and standards/commands
