Meet Hopper, a sweet, affectionate, beautiful boy! He was found in a commonly used dumping area for dogs in rural North Carolina. They were taken to the shelter but no one came forward for them. Another rescue was able to save his brother, leaving Hopper all alone in a noisy shelter kennel. We agreed to bring him into rescue and find the best forever home for him! 

 

Hopper is around 10 months old and weighs 47 lbs. He has an absolutely remarkable temperament and calm demeanor for a puppy his age. Hopper has never met a stranger and he happily greets new people and dogs with perfect energy. He tested well with cats while in the shelter too! He enjoys playing and going for walks with his doggie foster siblings but his absolute favorite activity is rolling onto his back and begging for belly rubs!
