Hawthorn was born in rescue on February 16, 2025. He’s a husky–Great Pyrenees mix (we think) with striking blue eyes, a sleek brown coat, and a bold black stripe down his back. He’s going to be a big boy when he grows up—likely over 65 pounds.

Hawthorn is a sweet, cuddly pup who loves to be close to his people. He’s a little more laid-back than his sister, Oleander, but he’s still a typical puppy—curious, playful, and always ready for an adventure. He’s smart and watchful, and he’ll need plenty of exercise and strong, consistent training to help him grow into the best version of himself.

He’s been around kids, but because he’s big and still learning, we recommend a home that can supervise and help him learn how to be gentle. Like most working-breed mixes, he’ll do best in a home that can give him things to do and space to move.

The puppy adoption fee is $400, which covers food, vetting, microchip and the future spay/neuter surgery performed by a rescue-affiliated vet.  All puppies have had a wellness visit and are up to date on shots appropriate for age.  Breed and size is Pawfect Match Rescue's best guess and not guaranteed.
