Looking Glass Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) virtual rescue, using a network of dedicated fosters throughout the Northeast to care for our animals until adoption.  You may be required to travel if approved for adoption.


 


Meet Harriet - just a sweetheart of girl!  A young puppy with so much to offer to a wonderful companion or family.  Harriet was dumped along with her brothers in the yard of a kind older woman who reached out to us for help.  As lost and scared as they were, they were also sweet and affectionate to all who tried to help them.  For a time, they found shelter in a chicken coop, just hoping someone would come along with food and water.  Now

safe, getting the veterinary care they need, Harriet is ready to be adopted.  She's an easygoing, gentle soul

 who melted right into

 her new foster's home and routine

and has been

 great with both the dogs and kids.  Harriet would

 love a family who will spend time with her outdoors, take her for walks or hikes, and save a little time for napping and cuddles.  She'd look forward to furry siblings but it's not a must.  Harriet is ready for meet and greets as of May 11 in Fairfield County, CT.  Reach out to learn more about her!
