Gumme Bear is a 7-year-old gentle boy with a heart as big as his name is cute. After spending his whole life in one loving home, he found himself at a shelter when both of his owners sadly passed away. Understandably shy and unsure at first, Gumme Bear has blossomed in his foster home and is now showing just how much love and loyalty he has to give.

He’s the definition of a sweetheart—kind, affectionate, and incredibly gentle. He adores being around children and makes it his mission to keep an eye on his foster kids, always wanting to be close and part of the family fun. While "sit" might be his signature move, Gumme Bear is eager to please and even more eager to earn treats.

This laid-back guy gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and, while he hasn't been tested with cats, his calm nature suggests he’d likely do just fine. He might be a little nervous in new environments at first, but he settles in quickly and thrives with a little patience and love.

Gumme Bear is past the puppy stage, which means no chewing sprees or midnight zoomies—just a mellow, affectionate companion ready to be someone's whole world again. He's a breeze to foster and will make an incredible addition to any home.
