Hi, I’m Grixly.
Before foster care I was in a home with 40+ other dogs living in terrible conditions. Hungry and sleeping in our own filth. I have only been in foster care since July but I’ve mastered potty training, I enjoy my kennel time as it helps me decompress. I get a little overwhelmed sometimes.
See, I’m in a home with 6 other dogs and as much fun as it is. I think a home with just a few friends would really help me thrive. I like cats but when I’m in my kennel I get spooked by them, so I bark, but when I’m out of my kennel I’m too scared to go anywhere near them. Cats are scary.
I’m not aggressive in any way at all I’m just still a little scared of the world.
My foster says I have not one mean bone in my body.
I’m working on leash training, still not my best accomplishment since I never knew what it was before being a foster.
I need a loving, patient home.
