Gatsby (GA) is a male Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer mix estimated to be 7 months old at the time of intake in December 2024. Gatsby is up to date on core vaccinations (age-appropriate) and is microchipped. He will be neutered prior to joining his forever home unless there is a medical reason why it has not yet been completed (in which case RDRNYC will work with the adopter to ensure this is done at the appropriate time). Gatsby is good with people of all ages and other dogs. This handsome boy with the dopey ears is super goofy and 100% sweet, but would probably do best with another dog with a rough and tumble play style. He LOVES to wrestle, but he has also been very respectful of his rickety, old foster brother. Because Gatsby has a tendancy to crash into things when he gets the zoomies, he would do best in a home with older, sturdier children (although he seems to really love kids!). He is happy to go into his crate. Gatsby snuggles as hard as he plays and he's a very affectionate little guy. He really is a gem who deserves the best home.
