Franc came to us in rough shape—heartworm positive, crusty eyes, and filthy from who knows how long on his own. He’s cleaned up nicely, though, and what’s emerged is a dog with “loyal sidekick” energy.

Franc’s not the bouncy, zoomie-filled type. He’s more the “snooze on his back, limbs everywhere, light snoring included” type. He’s mellow, laid-back, and happiest just being near his person. Need to make a Home Depot run? He’s already waiting by the door. Lost your remote? Check under Frank.

He’s not the most vocal guy, but he’ll definitely let you know when he’s up from his kennel and ready to head out or settle in for cuddles. Overall, he’d do well in a lower-activity home. His Texas foster doesn't have kids or cats to test him with, but he has a sweet, go-with-the-flow nature, and with slow introductions would likely do well.

Franc’s looking for a home that appreciates the quieter things: steady companionship, afternoon naps, and always knowing where your dog is (usually draped across your couch).
