Dorothy is a 2 year old, frenchton (french bulldog/boston terrier mix) who came to us from a former breeding situation. Dorothy did not have the greatest socialization prior to coming to us, so she is learning daily to come out of her shell and doing great! She is the sweetest little girl and is learning what it means to be loved! Dorothy does well with other dogs, likely cats and dog educated children who know that she is not a toy. In fact, she absolutely loves the young teen girl in her foster home, so we think she would love to be around kiddos! In her foster home, Dorothy is working on the basics: housebreaking, crate training, leash walking and basic obedience.Dorothy's adoption fee is $400.00 which includes her spay, vaccines including DHLPPC, Kennel Cough, Rabies, Lyme, heartworm/lyme testing (negative), and Microchipping with lifetime registration. If you want to meet Dorothy with hopes to make her part of your family, be sure to FIRST apply on our website for approval: https://www.theroadhomeanimalproject.org/companion-adoption-form-pdf.html***100% of adoption fees go back to the animals and help provide for medical care for our rescues that need specialized medical care and surgeries.*Note: Ideally, ALL members of the family (canine and human alike) should be present for any meet and greet unless otherwise specified/discussed.Please remember that we are a board of entirely volunteers that have full time jobs as well as our rescue passion.
