Dior is an XL Bully, is 3yo, weighs 130lbs, is neutered, is up to date on his vaccines but is not microchipped. Dior knows the command 'sit'. He is alone 9-10 hours per day and has free roam of the home; he sleeps in his crate at night; he is very good during car rides; he eats 50% homemade/50% kibble.
Dior's guardian explains why she has made the difficult decision to rehome him: "I do not want a dog. My lifestyle does not align with having this responsibility. I only took him in because there was a death in the family and I didn't want to see him go to a shelter."
Bite incident: In July 2023, in Manassas, Virginia, Dior bit another dog over food; the bite didn't break the skin and animal control was not involved. Dior's guardian explains: "This was due to my fault solely. I wasn't educated about resource guarding. Two dogs were present and I went to throw Dior a treat in the air to catch it and a fight broke out."
Dior's guardian offers a brief a medical history: "Dior has seasonal allergies and he's allergic to poultry, grain, and pork. He is currently on a grain-free diet and takes Benadryl on a daily basis."
Dior's guardian states the following regarding children: Although Dior hasn't lived with children, his guardian recommends his living with older children, stating "He has never been directly around children. He has only been around minimum contact with my teenage niece who sometimes will walk with us".
Dior's guardian states the following regarding dogs: Although Dior has lived with dogs, his guardian doesn't recommend his living with dogs, his guardian doesn't recommend his living with dogs, stating "Not reactive".

Pour toute adoption, nous demandons des justificatifs afin de compléter le dossier de l’adoptant : une pièce d’identité, un justificatif de domicile original de moins de 3 mois, et le certificat d’engagement et de connaissance des besoins spécifiques de l’espèce complété et signé 7 jours avant l’acquisition de l’animal.
Nous demandons également une participation financière, couvrant les frais vétérinaires dont l’animal a bénéficié lors de sa prise en charge (stérilisation, identification, vaccination, etc..). Si l’animal n’est pas encore stérilisé lors de l’adoption, un chèque de caution de 300€ est demandé.
