Hi! My name is Cholula, but you can call me Chula for short! I’m a little spicy, spunky, so so cute, and a great time! I love to play with my foster brother all the time, but my favorite is cuddling up and taking naps with my people.

My foster mom says I’m doing great at learning what it's like to be a very good puppy! I’m 6 months old and know “sit” and I’m learning “down,” but I’m very food motivated, so I’ll be a breeze to train. I love cuddles, kisses, and getting under the blankets, enjoy laying in the sun and I’m mostly potty trained. I love toys and enjoy chewing bully sticks.

My ideal home has a confident dog sibling (or dog cousin) that loves to play and has patience with me. I am a little territorial over food due to food insecurity from my last home; which shelter staff says this is one of the most normal behaviors that occurs with dogs like me.

Making sure my furever family can learn how to be patient with me while I learn that all my needs will be met will be important! Like all puppies, I'll need a lot of time, love and patience to grow into my best self.
