Meet Cherokee, a sweet and loving boy who’s ready to find his forever home! Born on 2/4/24, this handsome pup currently weighs 60. With a red hound dog for a mom and a possible Great Pyrenees/Blue Heeler mix for a dad, Cherokee is a mix of friendly, playful, and smart!
Cherokee is currently in the Leash on Life Prison Pup Training Program, where he’s receiving one-on-one training to help with socialization and good manners. He’s already made great progress and is learning quickly, showing just how intelligent and eager to please he is. While he’s still a puppy and full of energy, Cherokee is a fast learner and is becoming more confident every day.
This affectionate boy is great with all dogs and people. He loves to play and is always up for a game, but he also has a warm and friendly side that makes him the perfect cuddle buddy. Cherokee is neutered, up to date on all his shots, and on flea and tick preventative, so he’s ready to join your family!
Because of his background, Cherokee is very alert and wary of new situations, but with the right guidance and a little patience, he’s gaining confidence and learning to trust. He’ll do best in a home that understands hound dogs and has a secure yard to keep him safe, as his adventurous spirit loves to explore!
If you’re looking for a smart, playful, and loving companion, Cherokee could be the perfect match. He’s full of potential and ready to grow with a family that will give him the love and care he deserves. Could you be the one to give Cherokee the forever home he’s been waiting for?
