Bento, AKA Eddie Munster, is a sweet little dog who loves playing with other dogs and especially enjoys games like keep-away and tug-of-war! He is friendly toward people but has shown stranger danger toward new people in unfamiliar environments.  

Bento is also a love bug, always eager for belly rubs or cuddles. At 38 pounds, he could still be considered a lapdog—at least he believes he is! Although he is still learning proper manners, Bento is intelligent, eager to please, and receptive to corrections from his humans and dog pals. He is a young boy with energy to burn and still displays some puppy-like behaviors. He occasionally gets mouthy when overly excited during play, so a home without young children is probably best.  He also believes that defluffing plush toys is tremendous fun, so treasured stuffed animals should be kept out of his reach!  

Bento also behaves well in his crate and stays there when his foster mom is not home to prevent him from getting into mischief.
