Bart is quite a wonderful puppy. He can be a little shy at first when meeting people, especially men. With some sweet talk he warms up very quickly. Bart is playful and is enjoying the company of other small dogs in his foster home. He is young and is working on his basic doggie obedience, and housebreaking. Bart has the cutest prance when he walks! Maybe because he has extra toes on one paw. We do know that he is not good with younger children.
