Meet Bachata – a tiny dancer with big ears, a tender heart, and a love for the slow jam life.

At just 42 lbs and 2 years old, Bachata is a sweet and sensitive pittie mix whose soulful eyes and expressive ears will win you over in no time. Recently spayed and on light-duty for now, she’s enjoying short strolls, gentle pets, and a little yard grazing in the sunshine.

Bachata is affectionate, easy to handle, and already knows how to sit like a lady. She does have some medical needs—arthritis in her elbows and wrist, and luxating patellas (slipped kneecaps)—but with the right care, comfort, and vet guidance, she can live a happy, love-filled life.

When it comes to other dogs, Bachata is a bit selective and may prefer to be your one-and-only or live with a well-matched, respectful pup. She’s shown some intensity during intros and benefits from slow, structured introductions (and maybe a little space to just be her lovely solo self).

Bachata is looking for a calm, loving home that will let her take life at her own pace—preferably with lots of cozy beds, kind words, and all the head scritches her sweet little self can handle.
