Archie came in as a stray but he has quickly become the favorite at the shelter. He loves to lean into you and get lots of pets and snuggles. He's good with other dogs, house trained, and is a real delight to have around. He is timid around men, but once you sit with him for a while, he warms right up to you.

One of our volunteers had this to say about him when they met him for the first time...







"He was kind of timid, but let me pet his head. Within a few minutes he was leaning against me. Then I sat down and he promptly laid against me, then on me. Soooooo sweet!"







All dogs are vaccinated, microchipped and spayed or neutered (if they are old enough) before they leave the shelter.
