Hey there, everyone!! I’m sweet, affectionate, and docile Tallie, a strikingly-marked harlequin gal, which means that I'm mostly white with several large dark-grey patches on my back, head, and tail. I guess you’d say that I look like a pinto horse or a Holstein cow! My thick, soft, plush coat feels like a bunny to the touch, so I'm what you'd call a "tactile delight." I was initially shy when I first met my foster meowmy, but it wasn’t long until I felt comfy and cuddled against her when she held me. I get along great with most cats as well as kids -- as long as they don’t move too fast for my comfort.
When I was about six weeks old, my first owner moved out of the apartment and abandoned me, my momma, and my three siblings. Luckily the maintenance man came a few days later and rescued us! Then I was adopted by a nice young lady, who adored me, and vice versa. For several years we were one happy couple until she had some financial reverses and had to move back in with her parents. Unfortunately her mom is allergic to cats, so back I came to my HOPE foster meowmy, who promises to find me another companion who’s just as fantastic as my first one.
It’s time to write a new chapter in my life – starring you! May I bring my loving disposition and elegant presence to your home? I haven’t been around dogs, but I know that I’d be happiest in a home with another cat so that we could keep each other company while you’re at work or on vacation.
By the way, there are advantages to adopting a gal like me who’s past the stage of kitten mayhem. I’m much less likely to cause chaos in your home or break your cherished accessories. Arrange to meet me today!

If you are interested in Tallie and would like to fill out an online Cat Adoption Application, please go to http://www.homelesspets.net/adoption-forms/cat-adoption.php . Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt, but it initiates contact with us and gets the process started. If you have questions prior to filling out the application, email us at hope@homelesspets.net , and a volunteer will get back to you.
