Meet Spencer, an 8 month old mini-panther. He is a bit reserved and likes to perch high above the action. Once he decides he wants some attention, you won't get out of it!! He's an affectionate and snuggly boy and will follow you like a shadow. He came to the shelter with his sister Tulip, and he'd probably like to have some company in his new home, whether it be his sister or a new friend! He lived with other cats and a dog before being surrendered due to their old family not having the funds to care for them anymore. Him and Tulip were very well taken care of though! They had clipped nails, soft coats, and already sterilized before being surrendered. Spencer is a great young man, with lots of love, and a great, affectionate personality to match!
