Hi there! I’m LOUIE (DOB: 12/17/2021), a purebred male Shaded Cameo Persian. I was surrendered to FFRS because I became quite anxious when my owner had to move to a smaller home. I have been in foster care for a few weeks now and I am sweet and have not shown any signs of anxiety. I love my attention and playing with my toys. My previous owner said that I gets bored with the same toys all of the time. I am pretty smart and know my name. While in foster, I have been chatty, purr, and I reach up to get hugs when my foster mom sits on the floor with me. I love attention and playing with my toys (and I really love it when my foster mom plays with me with the red hoodie string). I have ventured out of my room to explore, but I do retreat into a corner when another cat comes too close. I show no fear or aggression, but I prefer not to be bothered by other pets. I need a home with a few cat trees, windows to look out of, and room to wander and explore. I also need a water bowl that is heavy enough that I can’t move it. My water has to be changed a few times a day because I am a “face dunker”!! I didn’t care to be combed in my previous home, but I have been okay with it while with my foster, but I still don’t care for my belly being combed. I am currently sporting a lion cut, which my owner said I seem to prefer more than having a full coat. I am a pretty chill guy who would do best in a home with no other pets. I am neutered, up-to-date with vaccines, negative for Feline FIV/FeLV, dewormed, have received flea preventative, and am microchipped. My adoption fee is $350.00.
