Jersey is a total lovebug who thinks he might be part dog. He devours his wet food with enthusiasm, makes sure he’s always heard, and insists on being underfoot—wherever you are, Jersey is sure to follow. If you’re not giving him enough attention, he’ll gently tap you with a paw or offer a head rub to remind you he’s there. And if that doesn’t work, you can expect some playful love bites until you finally scoop him up.



Jersey is especially wonderful with young kids. He loves to snuggle, be picked up, and even doesn’t mind being grabbed—he’s happiest when someone, anyone, is touching him. Whether he's in your lap or your path, he’s all heart... and an occasional tripping hazard!



He and his sister Bliss were found abandoned in a cage at a park in Akron when they were around three months old. Despite their rough start, Jersey has grown into a happy, affectionate companion who just wants to be part of the family.





Jersey is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and tested negative for FIV/FeLV and heartworm. His estimated DOB is 10/1/2024.
