Fancy is an independent kitty girl that is full of class and sass! She is the first to do something or be somewhere -- Fancy is an explorer and adventurer. She will examine and inspect every nook and cranny that she can find. Fancy chases anything that moves! She is very skilled with her front paws as Fancy is an expert at opening cabinet doors, entrance doors and has unlatched a pet kennel door. Her ideal home is with an individual, couple or family. Fancy is accustomed to being around other cats and a cat-friendly dog. She is a buff tiger tabby with a long coat and shows off long ear furnishings. As of April 2025, Fancy is 7 months old. Her adoption fee is $70.

     Friends of Jackson County Animal Shelter Pets (FJCASP) is a foster-based rescue for dogs and cats. All pets are in a home environment cared for by a foster person who provides temporary care until the pet can be placed in a permanent home. Friends of Jackson County is an all-volunteer, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
