Chance is one of a kind kitten. She's a medical marvel. Rescued with a broken jaw and missing eyes, she's gone through 3 surgical corrections in her few months of life. She is now all healed up and looking for her forever home. She will always be blind, but she doesn't know any different and it's never slowed her down.
Her fosters say:
She has definitely surprised us in many ways! Nothing brings her down. She is playful and very touch-loving. She likes to take long naps in little hidden spaces and comes out when she's hungry or wants to play. She has found her way around our home just fine and has everything mapped out. She is a lap cat; as soon as we pick her up, she gets comfortable in our lap and starts purring, falls asleep or starts playing with a toy. She is very curious as well, she loves to explore new places and smell everything. A very good eater, she loves her food. She likes to figure things out. She is also very curious with other cats, she's not scared at all of them (unless they let her know they want space and she listens). My favorite thing about her is how gentle she can be when she feels safe in your arms, she lets herself go and just gets so calm. She likes to be very aware of sounds, and has learned to trust them as well. She knows our routine sounds around the home and she's not startled anymore by them.
Chance is approximately 6 months old, she is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, negative for fiv and felv, and treated for parasites. She must go to a home with another cat for her to befriend, or adopted alongside one of our other available kittens!
