Castaway was found as an injured stray back in March with an infected wound to his back right leg. We ended up needing to amputate that leg, and he is mostly recovered now from that surgery but is still working on rebuilding strength on his remaining back leg and getting used to navigating around, so his home and space should be slight "baby proofed" to avoid any stumbles or accidents. Due to the nature of his wound he should also be the only pet in his home for a few months, but seems social and potentially open to friends once he is settled in and more confident!
