Pet me, please!!  Meet Benjamin! This sweet brown tabby guy is loving his new, indoor life.  Life on the streets was not kind or easy for this gentle fellow. When he came to us, he had some face wounds and puncture sites on his paw. We are so glad that his feeder called us to help! He’s all healed now and would love to live his remaining 9 lives in a household ready to give him non-stop love. He enjoys being pet all over and would certainly welcome soft beds where he can relax and sunbathe. 
Benjamin tests positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus). Possibly because of the Virus, Benjamin experienced brief periods of an elevated temperature from mid-June through mid-August. He received an extended course of antibiotics and has not experienced a fever since its completion. 
Benjamin seems to be good around other cats, but we do not know if he has met dogs or kids. Given his laid-back demeanor, he may be OK with proper introduction.
