Don’t let her size fool you—Atropa may be the smallest kitten in her litter, but she has the biggest personality by far! This clever, determined, and playful girl is a true survivor and a shining example of kitten resilience.
At just a few days old, Atropa was found cold and separated from her litter. With some warmth and love, she bounced back like a champ. She needed a little extra help at first, with supplement feeding until she was strong enough to nurse—but once she got going, she quickly turned into a little powerhouse, even pushing her bigger siblings aside to get the best spot at mealtime!
Smart as a whip, Atropa was the only kitten in her litter to figure out how to escape the pen her foster mom set up—earning her the well-deserved title of escape artist! She also beat her siblings to eating solid food and hasn’t looked back since.
When she's not planning her next jailbreak, Atropa is busy playing her heart out. Boxes are her favorite playground, and she’ll gleefully pounce on toys with all the joyful energy of a kitten discovering the world. She’s also incredibly social—she adores people after she gets to know you and loves being part of the action. Having been exposed to dogs, she’s learning to be a confident kitty in a lively home.
If you’re looking for a kitten who’s brave, brainy, affectionate, and full of spunk, Atropa is the perfect match. She’s got a story of triumph and a future filled with cuddles, play, and clever antics. Come meet this amazing girl—you won’t regret it!
She must be adopted with one of her litter mates Ambarello, Araza or Amla.

Part of adopting a kitten is recognizing that they are babies, and you will get to see firsthand how their wonderful natures develop!
Prior to adoption, all kittens are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FELV, vaccinated and microchipped. Kittens under 5 months old must be adopted with a buddy or into a house where there's a kitten-friendly pet.
This kitten is currently in a foster home. To meet this kitten, please fill out an adoption application so that we'll have your contact information, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. www.thedancingcat.org/adopt
